Follow Your Path Podcast
I have deep, fun, and inspirational conversations with entrepreneurs, healers, speakers, musicians, artists of all kinds, visionaries, philosophers, scientists, CEO's of sustainable companies, and much more. These are people who are answering their soul's calling and living a life of passion and self expression.
I'll also be sharing the deepest insights I've learned along the way and getting as vulnerable as I possibly can to really bring in this frequency of change. My intention for this podcast is to be a place of insight, inspiration, encouragement, and support for everyone who is ready to take this journey or are already on it.
It's about discovering who you really are as you move through all the fears, doubts, and old limitations in order to boldly step onto your path that you came here to walk. I believe humanity is going through an unprecedented shift in consciousness and evolution right now.
This can be a very difficult time as we begin to outgrow our hermit crab shells, shed our snake skin, move from caterpillars to butterflies. We need each other to offer support, encouragement and love through this extremely tumultuous process rather than all the judgments and ridicule. We're all connected and one way or another we're all going through this together and I hope this podcast is a place for you to join in on the journey!
Topics: Self-discovery, expansion, healing, entrepreneurship, exploring human potential, psychology, addiction, plant medicines, spirituality, ancient wisdom and new discoveries.

EP 102: Diving into Disempowerment to Become Empowered
In this episode I share about my recent illness that put me down pretty hard.
It brought up so much for me and there was nothing really to do other than surrender. It was one of the most painful illnesses I've had in my adult life. I knew it was coming in for a reason. I knew it was humbling me.
I've always loved the feeling of empowerment and inspiration. I think they are some of the most important feelings to be connected to as humans. I did not feel like that for the majority of my life and so once I got it...I became very attached and never wanted to feel disempowered again.
This illness made me feel VERY disempowered and disconnected. It made me become OK with that and helped to be appreciate those feelings even more. I experienced them as just that...experiences rather than with a story/meaning/identity attached to them which I had done my whole life.
